Setting a Sales Person for orders syncing from Woocommerce to Zoho

We want to be able to set and sync a salesperson for orders coming from the website into Zoho. We are unable to set the Sales Person field in Zoho to required. This stops orders syncing from woocommerce to Zoho as it returns the error "sales person cannot be empty".
