CommerceBird 3.0 is now live!

We’re proud to announce that CommerceBird 3.0 is now live — and it’s our biggest release yet. This version is built around one goal: making it easier to run your WooCommerce store without getting buried in manual admin work.
Meet your new AI Copilot
CommerceBird 3.0 introduces an AI Copilot built directly into your store’s workflow. Instead of digging through menus to update stock, adjust pricing, or chase down order issues, you can simply tell the Copilot what you need. It understands your catalog, your orders, and your sync connections, and it can act on them for you — drafting responses, flagging anomalies, and handling routine tasks that used to eat up your afternoon.
This is the first step toward a genuinely agentic way of managing a WooCommerce store: less clicking around, more getting things done.
A faster, more intuitive interface
We’ve rebuilt large parts of the interface from the ground up. Pages load faster, navigation is more predictable, and the most common actions — checking sync status, reviewing orders, managing product data — are now a click or two closer than before. If you found earlier versions of CommerceBird a little dense, 3.0 should feel like a different product.
Stronger, smarter integrations
Integrations are the backbone of CommerceBird, so this release puts real weight behind making them more reliable and more flexible:
- Zoho Inventory — improved connection stability, with more edge cases around stock levels, warehouses, and order states now handled automatically instead of requiring manual fixes.
- Zoho CRM — smoother, more resilient syncing between customer and order data, with fewer sync interruptions and better recovery when something on either side changes unexpectedly.
- Exact Online — the same focus on stability, plus expanded coverage of accounting and order edge cases that previously needed manual reconciliation.
Beyond stability, you now get significantly more control over how orders and products sync across these platforms. New configuration options let you decide what syncs, when, and under what conditions — so the integration fits how your store actually operates, rather than the other way around.
Why it matters
Together, the AI Copilot, the refreshed interface, and the hardened integrations move CommerceBird further toward its core mission: an agentic WooCommerce management app that handles the operational grind so store owners can focus on growth. If you’re managing inventory, orders, and customer data across WooCommerce, Zoho, and Exact Online today, CommerceBird 3.0 is built to make that far less painful.
