CommerceBird is now fully supporting PDF invoices by making the platform compatible with the highly popular PDF Invoices plugin.
You can now generate invoices for sales orders, download them or delete them straight from your Order View page in the app. Even though our plugin also ensures invoices are generated for purchase orders, you cannot manage those yet in the app. Rest assured, that too will soon be possible.
Our team is proud to make this highly requested feature available as of today. Some of you were already using the B2B add-on on your store but noticed that it was not fully manageable from the app. You could create price lists but not manage them on product or customer level. As of today, you can manage the pricelists on the pricing section of the Product edit form as well as manage it on Customer edit form. This allows you to assign specific products to different pricelists or b2b rules instead of using generic rules. For customers, this means you can choose which customer to assign to which pricelist, but also add their VAT number, credit limit and billing invoice email address, so invoices will only be sent to their dedicated billing email address.
You asked, we listened. The AI Woo CoPilot is now also available for Free plan users as well. You will get 50 AI Credits per month to use to talk to your store like you are talking to Claude or ChatGPT. You can get store analytics, create and manage Orders, Products, Purchase Orders, Quotes and more.

After months of hard work, we are happy to announce the immediate availability of CommerceBird 3.0 with full WooCommerce MCP support. Starting in version 2.7.7 you can assign any country or a region (e.g. EU) to a particular location of Zoho Inventory. This means that if the shipping country of the customer is from the selected country, that order will be sent to that warehouse location. You can access this feature from the “Orders” tab in our plugin settings.
You have been asking for this feature for quite some time, but we couldn’t wait any longer for Zoho to officially support guest orders. Instead, we decided to take matters into our hands and find a way to support guest orders. Luckily, this became possible as we did major improvements and refactoring during the year, this gave us the opportunity to ensure guest orders are also synced.
We are happy to announce the immediate support for guest orders for Zoho Inventory integration. All you need to do is update the plugin to latest version. That is all!

Starting today with version 3.2.10, we have migrated the Zoho CRM Integration to the WP Plugin.
As some of you have experienced, the Zoho SDK provided by Zoho was quite unstable and broke the connection a few times a month unexpectedly and without providing useful error messages. We even had several calls with the Zoho engineers to sort this out, as we thought it was our fault. It turned out, the SDK is far from maturity and has deep architectural errors that could not be resolved by the Zoho team.
For these reasons, we decided to create our own PHP SDK, one unified modern SDK that is also used by the Zoho Inventory integration recently. This is a lightweight SDK built upon the latest WordPress Coding Standards and WooCommerce best practices for integrations. Its the most powerful piece of software we have built so far.

At this moment, we have migrated the Order Sync with Tax Mapping to the plugin. In addition, we have also added Custom Fields mapping for Orders.

As we are preparing the platform for industry security certificates, we have upgraded our entire ecosystem’s security to Enterprise standard.
What does this entail?
After months of hard work by our team, we have managed to successfully make the plugin available on wordpress.org! We are now officially vetted by the WordPress team after a very strict process where very line of code was checked based on security, performance and best coding standards. This resulted in lots of updates in last few months. If you experienced issues with this, we apologise sincerely.
How do I switch over?
Simply update the plugin via the regular WP Updates page, it will automatically update it to the version on wordpress.org. That is all! 🙂
