Beauregard.nl B2B

Founded in 1990 by Corrine, Beauregard grew from a small jewelry line into a tunic collection and eventually into a well-established name in fashion wholesale. A move to the World Fashion Centre in 2011 broadened the collection with Parisian trends — the same year the current owner joined the company. After 15 years with the brand, she took over three years ago and has since shaped Beauregard around timeless pieces, quality materials, and strong fits, while keeping the personal, detail-oriented approach the brand was built on.
Problem
Beauregard needed customizations for their Exact Online integration in relation to our platform’s B2B add-on for WooCommerce. These were their requirements:
- Ensure the integration respects the variation product type in WooCommerce and updates product data accordingly.
- Custom rules to modify Exact product data before updating products in WooCommerce.
- Import Pricelists from Exact Online to WooCommerce using the CommerceBird B2B add-on
The first two being high priority, meant the business could not launch the website without those being resolved first.
Solution
Our team started a technical session with the client’s web developer, Pedro from ikigau, to flesh out a solution based on the specific processes and workflows of the client. We mapped them together with the customers shop journey scenario’s to establish a full picture. The solution was feasible within 2 weeks as all requirements could be met by customizing the wordpress plugin. The custom rules were made possible by adding a few action hooks in our plugin, so Pedro could write custom functions before the products were getting updated in WooCommerce (conditional logic). This allowed the client to launch the website without further delay.
Result
The client has now a B2B WooCommerce store that is connected to their Exact Online in real-time for all critical data points like stock and pricing. But also the sync of Orders and Customer data from Woo to Exact so it can be picked by the warehouse staff and fulfilled.
The Pricelist import is a work-in-progress and will be released soon, which allows Beauregard to save a couple of hours per week on manually adjusting pricelists in their store.
